What we collect

We collect contact, delivery and order information needed to answer enquiries, take payment, deliver purchases, provide support and meet accounting or legal requirements.

How it is used

Order details are shared only with providers involved in payment and delivery, such as Razorpay and the selected courier platform. We do not collect card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.

Your choices

Marketing consent is separate from an order. Contact the grievance contact listed on this site to request correction or ask about eligible deletion of your information.

Retention and grievance contact

We keep information only for as long as needed for orders, support, accounting, tax and legal obligations. For privacy or consumer grievances, contact Sandhya Rohit, Grievance Officer, at hello@abharohit.com. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
